1 chocolate box cake mix
12 oz Diet Coke
1 Banana (optional)
Combine the mix and coke until moistened. Spoon into cupcake pans. Bake a few extra minutes more than normal. Yields 24.
Heads up, if you are used to cupcakes baking with a big dome, these will not do that! No dome=moister cake!
Sprinkle with powdered sugar for a bit of flair without the fat!
